Another weekend of playing on the playset

Now that's a happy kid!

We finally set up the swing set that was graciously given to us by some friends of friends (Grayson loves it)

We enjoyed the wild life of Lake Ada by searching for toads.

We enjoyed the Turtle Races in Nisswa, Mn. We didn't win but we sure had a good time.

Grayson wanted to feed his cousin Breleigh all the time. He thought she was pretty neat.



Grayson loved to torment his cousin Helaina...they act more like siblings every time they are together

There was even time for a game of Mario Kart...it wasn't about who won...it was about who fell off the track more!

My very own "yellow ears"

Grayson usually wears Papa's "yellow ears" but Papa surprised Grayson with his own pair.

It is important to wear ear protection when mowing the lawn, working construction and sometimes just riding around on a bike in the garage.

We walked in the Quad Cities Race for the Cure

Grayson and Helaina walked in the rain to support Nana in the Race for the Cure...

It was a big day...helping to celebrate 10 years cancer free.

Is this Spring?

We had a great weekend but it didn't feel like June. Before Grayson started playing Tee Ball he was wearing mittens. WOW. It felt like fall.

Grayson attended his first piano recital for his cousin Paris on Friday night and he spent a lot of quality time with Papa while Mommy and Nana ran some much needed errands.
